The Hunter Brothers (J.J., Dusty, Luke, Brock, and Ty) are from a small Western Canadian prairie town called Shaunavon in the province of Saskatchewan. They are all brothers who grew up together on a family grain farm where life was full of farm work, school, hockey, and music. Over the years they pursued the game of hockey, with 4 of them progressing to play in the junior and pro ranks throughout North America. Although the guys were busy playing hockey in the winter months, they assembled together every summer to perform music at festivals and other events. However, hockey injuries and other circumstances led the guys one by one away from the game of hockey and back to the farm to pursue the open doors God provided back on the prairies.

Now 4 of the 5 boys are married, and there are 5 kids between them all with more on the way. The farm continues to be their way of life, but music still is a huge part of what they do. The Hunters music has taken on different looks over the years as what started as a family Gospel vocal group with mom and dad is now just the boys playing as a band. Their music spans many different genres from country to pop, oldies to gospel and worship with maybe even some acapella thrown in the mix. They love the Lord, family, music and interacting with people of all ages and backgrounds.
