Park Opens. Casual play and practice rounds may begin.
11:00am
Tournament Central opens. Players begin checking in at this time and receive player pack item. You do not have to check in at 11 you can just be sure to check in prior to the start of your round. Check-in is mandatory for players prior to playing their officially sanctioned round.
12:00pm
Course opens for sanctioned play.
7:45pm
All tournament rounds must be completed by this time. Casual play may continue. Fly mart and trading post will remain open until 8 p.m.
8:00pm
Awards Ceremony. Players do not need to be present. Cash prizes for the ace fund and CTP will be sent via PayPal no later than the following Monday. Any unclaimed physical awards can be picked up at the LaGrange County Parks Department office (0505 W 700 S, Wolcottville, IN 467965) at a later date. Players make make separate arrangements as well.
