On June 13,2026 Makers on Morton transforms downtown Shipshewana into a walkable, immersive showcase of craftsmanship, where shops, artisans, and live demonstrations come together along historic Morton Street.
Visitors don’t just browse—they experience it. Watch wool become fiber, dough become bread, and raw materials become works of art through live demonstrations like sheep shearing, sourdough baking, and woodworking.
Set against the backdrop of one of the Midwest’s most unique destinations, the event blends Amish craftsmanship, regional makers, live acoustic music, and local food into a story-rich, highly visual experience.
As travelers increasingly seek authentic, hands-on connections, Makers on Morton offers rare access to the people—and traditions—behind the products.
