Go Chic at a Flea Market Boutique

Several days ago I wrote a blog titled “Go Loco Over Local!”

I then listed twenty or more vendors at the Shipshewana Flea Market who either sell locally-made items, or the vendors are local folks trying to squeeze out a living at the Flea Market.

What I didn’t focus on is one of my personal favorite local vendors.

Amy Sheley is this very effervescent gal who owns “miss chic” at booth #607, and she has been able to successfully create a posh-looking boutique in the middle of a flea market.

Amy graduated from Purdue with a degree in Retail Management, and she then managed an upscale clothing store. A couple of years ago, Amy struck out on her own with “miss chic,” her boutique at the Flea Market. She boutiques classy colors with accessories, and her clothes are very pretty. Who can imagine paying $38.00 for that little black dress for summer weddings? She has one in her booth!

It’s a little black dress from miss chic!
Check out this video of Amy showing off those pretty boutique items, but don’t even think about purchasing that blue purse—it has my name all over it!
