The county boasts 2,144 farms, 300 Hoosier Homesteads, over 17,000 horses, and numerous dairy, sheep, poultry, and egg producers, along with a wide variety of crops, produce, and flower growers. This tour will give a glimpse inside a treasure trove of fascinating insights, access, and daily farm life.
A Taste of Shipshewana
3 day/2 night in the Heart of Amish Country, Indiana. Calling all foodies! This tour is designed with you in mind as you sample, shop, learn and enjoy the foods of the local culture. You will get a behind-the-scenes tour of a giant bulk food store with time to shop ‘where the Amish shop,’ a bakery, a beekeeper, and a noodle maker just to name a few of the scrumptious, mouth-watering treats.
