- Early Bird Registration is available January 12-February 12, 2026
- The first 20 Central States Actives to register within early bird registration will receive a travel stipend from the chapter. Actives with an origin point within 300 miles of Shipshewana will receive a $100 stipend. Actives with an origin point of 301+ miles from Shipshewana will receive $200. This will be paid out after the conference and we will contact those eligible after early bird registration with forms and instructions on how to file for payment.
- Regular Registration is available February 13 – March 27, 2026
- Payment in full is required at the time of registration. No refunds will be given for cancellations
- Sightseeing tours, dine arounds, and evening function requests are required at the time of registration.
- Primary attendees and their guests can select different tours during the same registration process.

The following are guidelines for Associate membership – SATW’s name for publicists who professionally engaged in public relations within the travel industry who work regularly with the media.
ALL registration fees for ASSOCIATES include:
