Located in the heart of Amish Country, Buggy Lane Tours is the original sight-seeing and buggy ride tour service of Shipshewana.
One Star Tour (Clippity-Clop Ride): Circle the town of Shipshewana in a leisurely 8 minute buggy ride.
Two Star Tour: Experience a 15 minutes buggy ride in the town of Shipshewana, passing by Amish/Mennonite homes in town.
Three Star Tour: If you would like to see more of the bountiful farmland surrounding Shipshewana we suggest the 30 minute buggy ride. Our guide may narrate the sights and sounds of area Amish farms clustered along the back road of Shipshewana.
Four Star Tour (Working Dairy Farm Tour): This 4:00pm tour is a “hands-on” 20-minute trip by horse & carriage to our family farm where Holstein cows are milked! You’ll have the opportunity to milk a cow by hand, taste fresh milk, and help feed the calves. You will be given the privilege to take pictures of the farm animals along with the Belgian work-horses.
